Under the aegis of Eco Club for Mission LiFE, we resolve to practice mindful and deliberate utilization of resources to reduce the carbon footprint to the best of our ability through experiential learning as part of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD).
We commit to informing ourselves, fellow students, and the community about environment-friendly practices and adopting environmentally responsible behavior.
Towards this end, we shall undertake the following activities:
- Adopt Healthy Lifestyle: Encourage healthy and sustainable choices to promote sustainability.
- Adopt Sustainable Food Systems: Take action to reduce food wastage and greenhouse gas emissions.
- Reduce e-Waste: Ensure proper disposal and recycling of e-waste.
- Reduce Waste: Implement the 3 Rs – Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle; encourage segregation and responsible disposal.
- Save Energy: Educate and implement practices that reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint.
- Save Water: Promote efficient water utilization and conservation measures to meet the needs of present and future generations.
- Say No to Single-Use Plastic: Take action to reduce single-use plastic and create a sustainable and resilient future for all.
